Description: HANDS-ON COMPUTER TRAINING CLASS. Listingbook is a free agent tool that empowers listing and selling agents to offer an enhanced real estate buying and selling experience to the public. It gives buyer consumers and seller consumers the ability to log in to a secure website for communication directly with their salesperson. This hands on course will get you started using this revolutionary product and covers the following functions: opening your account, navigating your Front Page, creating a buyer account, creating a seller account, reading consumer messages, picking specific listings for consumers, using your Morning Report, setting property watches and notes for your consumers, guiding consumers on how to use their account and customize their searches, mark their favorite listings, eliminate those they don't want, sending messages back to you. Must have active Stratus login to use the product.No pre-requisites
LIBOR School and Cancellation Policy
- Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class.
- NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation.
- Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition.
- LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met.
- If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on Stratus by 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also by 7:00 am
This class includes 3 hours of Fair Housing Training as required by NY Department of State to be included in your 22.5 hours of continuing education every two years.
This class satisfies the NAR Mandated Ethics Course Requirement for ALL Realtors for the quadrennial period 01/01/09 thru 12/31/12. Brokers who are exempt from continuing education in New York are NOT exempt from the Ethics requirement.
