Description: This HANDS-ON COMPUTER CLASS COVERS THE ALL NEW CMA! will walk you through the entire process of how to list a property on MLS. Beginning with the call from a seller to do a listing presentation, doing your research on comparables, finding the public record, preparing the CMA, filing out the FORMS needed, uploading to Stratus, adding photos, attaching documents, ordering a virtual tour and finally to setting up a Listingbook account for the seller. You'll leave with a step by step list of everything you need to do when listing a property. 7.5 hours CE credit
LIBOR School and Cancellation Policy
- Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class.
- NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation.
- Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition.
- LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met.
- If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on Stratus by 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also by 7:00 am
This class includes 3 hours of Fair Housing Training as required by NY Department of State to be included in your 22.5 hours of continuing education every two years.
This class satisfies the NAR Mandated Ethics Course Requirement for ALL Realtors for the quadrennial period 01/01/09 thru 12/31/12. Brokers who are exempt from continuing education in New York are NOT exempt from the Ethics requirement.
