Description: ALL NEW CLASS FOR 2012! If you've felt too intimidated to take a hands-on MLSLI Stratus computer training class until now, we've got the class just for you! The perfect basic level introduction to Stratus for agents who prefer a slower pace, are new to computers or perhaps are an ESL Realtor. We will guide you gently through some simple searches and make sure that you are comfortable using Internet Explorer. You'll get the basics down for running a daily update and also finding a public record. You'll gain skills to complete a basic market analysis report using comparable listings.

If you'd like we'll hold your hand and make sure that you leave feeling confident and comfortable with your new Stratus skills.

Hands-on computer training. Approved for 7.5 Hours CE Credit

LIBOR School and Cancellation Policy
  • Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class.
  • NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation.
  • Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition.
  • LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met.
  • If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on Stratus by 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also by 7:00 am
This class includes 3 hours of Fair Housing Training as required by NY Department of State to be included in your 22.5 hours of continuing education every two years.
This class satisfies the NAR Mandated Ethics Course Requirement for ALL Realtors for the quadrennial period 01/01/09 thru 12/31/12. Brokers who are exempt from continuing education in New York are NOT exempt from the Ethics requirement.
