Cathy Nolan has been In the real estate business for 29 years and was a real estate broker for 13 years. She became an attorney in 1993 specializing in real estate and Department of State matters.
Cathy has been an Instructor for the Long Island Board of Realtors for over 20 years. She has taught agent and broker licensing courses and has written and instructed various continuing education modules for LIBOR. Cathy has also taught History at St. John's University, St. Francis College, Nassau Community College and College of Aeronautics for 15 years.
