Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS® sets REALTORS® apart from nonmember agents and is the promise to the public that when dealing with a REALTOR®, they can expect fair and ethical treatment in all transaction-related matters. Only REALTORS® pledge to abide by a real estate code of ethics and are held accountable for their professional behavior.
