Don’t Get Bitten! What You Don’t Know Will Hurt
Agency and representation are the most often violated aspects of license law and unfortunately, many agents violate the law and do not realize it until too late. We will review the law via DOS interpretations and opinion letters, case scenarios, and real life situations as to how it affects us in our working environment with both buyers and sellers. Fair housing and Code of Ethics issues will also be addressed in detail so that you know how to comply with the law and avoid getting bitten.
