45-Hour Broker Qualifying Course
The 45-Hour Broker Qualifying Course course is now being offered through the Long Island Board of REALTORS®.
NYS Requirements for Licensing as a Salesperson
- At least 20 years old
- * No felony or misdemeanor
(*Some exceptions possible)
- Permanent resident of United States
- 2 years as a licensed salesperson or 3 years of equivaent experience, AND a defined number of points
(points are awarded for each transaction; the required number of points can change. Please refer to the Broker Application).
For your convenience the Salesperson's Qualifying course is being offered in house as well as on-line.
Instructor support and guidance is available whether you take the course online or in the Classroom.
