Description

Sometimes you face difficulties out in the field, not because you are doing something wrong, but because you are doing something right and agents are just not informed. Knowledge of regulations which guide our profession for the good of all and doing the right thing by you, your customers and clients and fellow agents, is essential for your success.

In this course, we will look at the big picture of the various rules, regs and requirements of our profession and how important following them are.
