How Good Is Your Get Along?


This course examines the relationships between agents and the various parties the agents meets in the course of a career. Topics include the following: How do you get along with others in the industry? What can happen if you have a dispute with another real estate agent or broker? What could be the result of a dispute with a member of the public? Who can be disciplined by the Department of State if an agent violates license law? Is a broker liable for all acts of the agents?Who can bring a broker to court? Who can bring a broker to arbitration?Can anyone make an ethics complaint? Who decides disputes between agents in the same office? Who decides disputes between a broker and the broker's agents? This class includes 7.5 Hours CE Credit Includes 3 Hours Fair Housing and 2.5 Hrs. Ethics training.

Cancellation Policy for LIBOR courses:

Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class. NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation. Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition.LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met. Cancellation Policy for NAR Designation courses:

A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.”
