Who Do You Really Work For.... The Buyer?

Customer or Client? Do you REALLY know the difference and what duties you owe to each? Ask yourself this question, if the Department of State came today, would you be in compliance with your agency disclosure forms, actions and representation? Not knowing who you work for and the duties owed to your buyers and sellers can and will cost you money. In addition, we will take a deeper look at buyer representation to determine if its right for you, how to structure a buyer agency transaction, legally and ethically and how to get paid representing a buyer client. Bring your questions. Approved for 7.5 Hours CE Credit .

Includes DOS Mandated 3 Hours Fair Housing & 2 Hours Agency and 2.5 Hours National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics Requirement.
