Nick Gigante
Nick has been the Real Estate profession since 1977, and has been a Broker since 1978. In those years he has listed and sold many homes, managed real estate offices, recruited, trained, managed and motivated many agents. He has owned several Major Franchise real estate offices from 1996-2014 in Long Beach to Massapequa.

In 1990 Nick became a certified New York State instructor and started teaching for the Long Island Board of REALTORS®. He has since taught for many REALTOR® Associations across the state, Including the Westchester, Rockland County, Orange, Oswego Delaware and Ithaca.

In 2009 Nick became a NYSAR instructor and began teaching the prestigious Graduate REALTOR® Designation (GRI) course all over the state. Nick teaches the salesperson and broker qualifying courses, National Association of REALTORS® Ethics training course, Fair Housing and cultural diversity courses, and has written and taught, Buyer Broker, Risk Management, Client Advocacy, and many other required continuing education courses.

In 1993 Nick became the President of the Long Island Board of REALTORS® and was honored as REALTOR® of the Year in 1994. He became active at the New York State Association of REALTORS®in 1990, serving on the Board of Directors, chairing and vice chairing many of their committees. In 2010 he was elected as the Association’s Treasurer, 2010 their President Elect, and became the President in 2011. He continues to remain a Director a serves on many committees, Chairing NYSAR’S 2015 faculty Development Committee.

Nick has a BA degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. He married to his wife of 43 years and has two married daughters and 5 grandchildren. Nick has earned the GRI, ITI, CBR, AHWD Designations
