Frank began his real estate sales career in January 1976 as a full time licensed sales person. In 1978, he began managing one of the 2 offices which he now owns. In 1979, he obtained his real estate broker’s license and shortly after, became one of the owners of the firm which he continues to manage.

One of Franks chief responsibilities is to develop and present training programs to agents on sales techniques, personal communication skills, fair housing, use of technology for real estate sales and time management. He has developed comprehensive sales training courses along with other non-sales education courses which he deems necessary for an agent to be an effective and successful REALTOR®.

A believer in education and training, Frank holds the GRI, CRB and CBR national designations. In 2007, he completed an extensive Train the Trainer program, learning the skills necessary to develop and present training programs to agents and managers. As a result, he was a presenter at an International Real Estate Conference on sales and management skill building techniques.

On the national level, Frank has served on the National Association of REALTORS® MLS and Housing Committee. More recently and as a result of Super Storm Sandy and rising homeowners insurance rates, Frank was selected to serve on a national committee dealing with flood concerns and its impact and effect on homeownership.

On the local level, Frank is a Past President of the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island and also served as Vice President for Long Island Board of REALTORS®.
