Q:  If a listing expires on the MLS, is another broker allowed to call the owner to relist with them if the owner is on the Do-Not-Call list?

A:  No!  Only the broker who had the listing with the seller is permitted to contact the seller to relist.  The original broker can contact the seller for up to 18 months following the expiration of the listing because the listing contract would qualify as a “transaction” so as to establish a “prior business relationship” under the Do-Not-Call guidelines.
