Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) has teamed up with National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) to help our neighbors find a future in Real Estate and provide inspiring mentors to help make that dream a reality. The NAR Spire 2022 Mentorship Program is a groundbreaking new initiative created to drive inclusivity in the real estate industry through mentorship and education.

Spire 2022 Mentorship Program Details

  • Applications are due by May 31, 2022
  • The Mentorship Program will take place July through October 2022 and will include education sessions, virtual events, and more
  • People from all ethnicity/backgrounds are welcome to apply
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Four to eight hours of participation a month are expected, plus attendance at two NAR live virtual educational sessions
  • Mentorship sessions and meetups will be determined by the mentor and mentee’s schedule
  • Both parties and the Spire Program Coordinator will sign a Mentoring Agreement solidifying the sessions
