All Residential, Condo, Land and Commercial sale listings are required to be linked to the public record in Stratus. This has been a frequent request over the years to make it easy for agents to view the record for each listing without performing a separate search.

Note – this does not include co-ops, rentals and commercial leases.

All information auto filled from the public record to the listing may be edited prior to submitting the listing if the information needs to be updated.
