Dues Schedule For New Members

Each year, Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) Board of Directors meets to determine the annual dues. For 2026, the dues are $596.00 for each Designated REALTOR® (DR), with an additional $596.00 assessed for every licensee sponsored by the broker. Also, all new LIBOR Member applicants are required to pay a one-time New Member Processing Fee of $35.00, which must be submitted with their initial dues payment. LIBOR dues are pro-rated monthly. The pro-rated schedule is as follows:
