Effective July 1, 2021, all licensees must complete 7.5 hours of REQUIRED CORE topics as part of their 22.5 hour of NYS CE credits in order to renew their license. * Legal Update 1 hour - At least one hour of instruction pertaining to recent legal matters governing the practice of real estate brokers and salespersons in NY which may include statutes, laws, regulations, rules, codes, department of state opinions and decisions, and court decisions. * Fair Housing—3 hours-Knowledge of regulations which guide our profession for the good of all and doing the right thing by you, your customers and clients and fellow agents is essential for agents’ success.
