NAR 2026 Member Profile

Experience continues to be a defining strength of the real estate profession. According to the National Association of REALTORS®’ 2026 Member Profile, the typical REALTOR® now has 13 years of industry experience, up from 12 years in the previous report. The survey also found that 75% of members are very certain they will remain active in real estate for at least the next two years, a slight increase from last year.
