About Keith Gauntlett

Keith is a native Brooklynite who currently lives in Bedford Stuyvesant, where he purchased his first home 8 years ago. Keith is a board member of the 200-block association of Decatur street, where he is actively involved in the community and is responsible for fundraising, and marketing for the association. Keith has a long history in the medical field, where he worked for the top hospitals in New York such as NYU, New York Presbyterian, and Methodist Hospital in finance. However, he had a passion for real estate sales and decided to make a career change selling homes from all throughout the tri-state area. As a young real estate investor, he found that he had a talent for evaluating homes and understanding markets as so happened to manage two brownstones in Brooklyn on his own. He then decided to earn his real estate license and target the Brooklyn market. Keith is a John Jay graduate, with a master’s degree in inspection and oversight. Keith believes his clients are the most important part of his business. Whether it’s searching for the perfect home, selling a property, or seeking an opportunity for investment, Keith strives to offer the most honest, transparent, efficient and effective real estate service possible. Keith also knows that knowledge is power, so he worked with a publicist to develop a book to educate his clients on Real Estate called " My Proven System For Selling Homes Fast For Top Dollar" and in sharing his power and ideas with his clients.
