About Susan M White Salzmann

In 1997 I started with Adelaide Byers Realtors at their Landmark site in Northport Village. In March of 2016, James Izzo purchased our Brokerage and asked my partner and mother Terry White and me to join him at the newly established Cow Harbor Realty. It was a smooth transition. We’ve seen many changes in the real estate business since we’ve started. The constant changes have given us valuable information and insight to market trends as well as the ups and downs of Real Estate. Along the way we’ve developed long-term friendships, repeat clients and referrals. We’ve handled rentals, sales, and commercial properties with a friendly smiles, confident demeanor, and superb negotiation skills. My partner Terry White and I make a versatile, dedicated, and complementary team. It continues to be our priority to stay abreast of any and all changes in the market so that we can provide our customers with the most up-to-date information available. My personal background includes 10 years of banking. While moving up the ladder with Citibank as a special bank investigator, I gained valuable knowledge of the financial world and important negotiation skills. Raising a family and wanting to be closer to my community I left banking to go into Real Estate with my mom. I'd like to think that my values, integrity, banking and communication skills serve as motivating forces in my approach to real estate. We are both ready to make my clients next move as effortless as possible!
