When can I credit myself as both listing and buyer's agent on a listing?
A listing agent may be credited as the buyer's agent only in a dual agency arrangement, provided that informed written consent is obtained from both parties and signed representation agreements are in place. If these conditions are not met, the buyer's agent field must indicate "Non OneKey Agent" (Agent ID: 8888).
Can I disclose commission on rental listings?
Per section 5 of Rules & Procedures, no compensation may be included in OneKey MLS listings, this includes the remarks section, regardless of property type. Listings found to be out of compliance are subject to an automatic fine.
How do I search for seasonal rentals?
When searching in Rentals, you may choose to use Lease Term (select Seasonal), narrow further with Months or Seasons Available, and may want to include Seasonal Rent or Off Season Rent as part of your search criteria (the three latter fields may be added to the screen by clicking Add in Additional Fields at the bottom of your search screen). Looking to make that a houseboat rental? Include that option in Property Subtypes.
