There are character counts available for each type of free-form field like remarks. Below each field in ADD/EDIT you'll find a counter that shows you how many characters are remaining to use.
- Public Remarks = 1000 characters
- Agent Only Remarks = 1000 characters
- Showing Instructions = 250 characters
