Rule 309.1 Photograph Required

All listings, except for businesses for sale or rent, must include at least one front, exterior photograph of the property, which must be attached to the listing within twenty-four (24) hours of the listing being entered into the MLS System.

N.B. This applies to all listings, including "Coming Soon" listings.
