When Should I Use Both On Listing Contract Date and On Market Date?

Listing contract date is used to reflect the effective date on the contract and should be on every listing. On market date is used only for Coming Soon status listings and should reflect when the listing is moving to Active status. If the listing is being entered as Active status, leave on market date blank.
