REALTOR® Safety Alert: Beware of Two Imposters Identifying as Real Estate Licensees

LIBOR has been advised of an incident in Central Islip where a man, accompanied by another person, falsely identified themselves as Real Estate Licensees to gain entry into a private home listed for sale. 

Please be reminded to check the identification of all licensees entering your listings and to alert your clients to verify with their brokers the identity of licensees scheduled to show their homes.
