This is an IN PERSON CLASS ONLY - This class is an overview of the Matrix MLS system. It will be offered in lecture style. We will explore the different dashboards and all the components and set up market areas with Market Watch and create updates with Hot Sheets. This course covers the various ways of searching the MLS for all property types and statuses. You will learn how to create an Auto Email, for automatically emailing listings, and visit OneHome, the client portal. The benefits of Realist Tax and setting up a farm area to create mailing labels.
