Earn the Certified Buyer Representative® designation and 15 hours of New York CE while honing your skills, boosting your confidence and building your buyer representation business.
CBR® is the original buyer agency designation, with thousands of designees in 48 states, and has been the gold standard in buyer representation for 26 years. The CBR® designation has no annual dues, no final exam, no transaction requirement and no additional elective course requirement to earn and maintain the designation. CBR® is the only buyer agency designation course in the country that is specifically customized for New York agents.
This two-day, live online course addresses some of the most challenging issues facing agents who specialize in representing buyers, including: How can you get more exclusive-right-to-represent agreements signed?
How can you prevent the seller and seller’s agent from dictating your commission and determining what your services are worth? How can you differentiate yourself from other buyer’s agents?
The Certified Buyer Representative® designation establishes an agent’s unwavering commitment to excellence and integrity; and it demonstrates, both to peers and consumers, that the agent upholds the highest standards of service to real estate buyers.

Cancellation Policy for LIBOR courses:
Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class. NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation. Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition. LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met. If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on LIREALTOR.com AFTER 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also AFTER 7:00 am
Attendance Policy for LIBOR Courses
If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.
Cancellation Policy for NAR Designation courses:
A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.
