It will be offered in lecture style. <P> We will explore the different dashboards and all the components and set up market areas with Market Watch and create updates with Hot Sheets. This course covers the various ways of searching the MLS for all property types and statuses. <P> You will learn how to create an Auto Email, for automatically emailing listings, and visit OneHome, the client portal. The benefits of Realist Tax and setting up a farm area to create mailing labels. Matrix Level 2 will cover creating a MLS Listing, updating, and adding photos & documents to the listing, also the value of reverse prospecting. We will explore and learn a variety of easy ways to create a CMA in Matrix and discover the preset statistics and market reports that can be included in your listing presentation. The class will also cover advanced searches, customizing search views and you will be introduced to the speed bar for quick and easy searches. You will be introduced to the wealth of information available in Realist Tax. This is an excellent class to take after you are familiar with Matrix!
