This class is for both new and experienced agents who want to understand the Stratus MLS system with efficiency.
You’ll become proficient in searching listings, on or off the market. Create a prospect match to automatically email listings to buyers. Search public records and create your farm.
Create Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) using the map & listing cart. The class also covers how to enter a listing into the MLS system; covering basic rules, data fields that are required, adding and editing property details, uploading photos & attachments.

Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class. If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.
A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.
