Matrix Overview
THIS CLASS IS FREE FOR LIBOR MEMBERS, BUT THERE IS A FEE IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE THE 3 CE CREDITS AND WILL BE HANDLED THE DAY OF THE CLASS.
This is an IN PERSON CLASS ONLY -
This class is an overview of the Matrix MLS system. It will be offered in lecture style.
We will explore the different dashboards and all the components and set up market areas with Market Watch and create updates with Hot Sheets. This course covers the various ways of searching the MLS for all property types and statuses.
You will learn how to create an Auto Email, for automatically emailing listings, and visit OneHome, the client portal. The benefits of Realist Tax and setting up a farm area to create mailing labels. Also, included is adding and editing a listing.

Cancellation Policy for LIBOR courses:
Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class. NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation. Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition. LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met. If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on LIREALTOR.com AFTER 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also AFTER 7:00 am
Attendance Policy for LIBOR Courses
If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.
Cancellation Policy for NAR Designation courses:
A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.
