Buyer Representation Best Practices
In this course we’ll include the representation agreements that not only clarify the “rules of the road” for both the licensee and the Buyer, but also shift risk while offering professional, quality services. Let’s face it ... today’s Buyers want, need and expect your advice and advocacy. All clients do. And we want, need and expect their trust and loyalty for the value we bring to the table.
We have a right to be hired, and we have a right to earn a success fee for our services. So, if you stumble through the Buyer Representation Agreements and wish you had a better understanding and better, smoother scripting, this course is your guide.

Cancellation Policy for LIBOR courses:
Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class. NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation. Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition. LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met. If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on LIREALTOR.com AFTER 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also AFTER 7:00 am
Attendance Policy for LIBOR Courses
If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.
Cancellation Policy for NAR Designation courses:
A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.

Matrix Level 2 will cover creating a MLS Listing, updating, and adding photos & documents to the listing, also the value of reverse prospecting. We will explore and learn a variety of easy ways to create a CMA in Matrix and discover the preset statistics and market reports that can be included in your listing presentation. The class will also cover advanced searches, customizing search views and you will be introduced to the speed bar for quick and easy searches. You will be introduced to the wealth of information available in Realist Tax. This is an excellent class to take after you are familiar with Matrix!
