At the end of the class, the real estate agents will leave with a clear understanding of what constitutes a Disability.
The understanding that we have seen and unseen disabilities. How to advocate for persons with disabilities and the protections afforded those with a disability. The real estate agents should be able to make sound decisions regarding their real estate business practices and dealings with the buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, and their colleagues in a real estate transaction with a level of knowledge and clarity about Disabilities, the Fair Housing Laws, Protected Classes, and Assistance animals in the real estate marketplace.
All our actions impact on us and the consumer and as agents, we should not be taking our real estate hats off quickly. As professionals, we should epitomize a level of real estate knowledge that is above reproach. We should always aim to be the best in the real estate discipline we are licensed in and in the quality of service we provide to the consumer.
