Registrants will receive ZOOM instructions 24 hours prior to start.
Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class. NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation. Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition. If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.
A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.
