Instructor - Andy Thaw

Andy Thaw joins our LIBOR teaching staff with over 30 years experience in the Mortgage Banking Industry. His primary focus has been working with FHA and FHA 203k lending for much of his career and has widely been considered an industry leader in 203k financing for the last 20 years. With a background in public education, Andy had been working as an FHA industry educator with the Capstone Institute for over 15 years and was the author of “Understanding 203k Financing”. He has worked extensively throughout his career as an industry partner with the N.Y. HUD office and has written numerous industry publications and “best practice” curriculums. Andy has been a featured FHA speaker and trainer at countless industry events around the country.
