From years of cultivation and experience in ownership, management and sales, Janice is primed for achievement…receiving Top Producer Awards each year. A recent change for Janice was the decision to join Keller Williams to enhance her knowledge with a more forward moving company. Janice success stems from her management commercial buildings and several investment properties of her own. Her extensive real estate background and knowledge, which includes rent stabilization rules and regulations and insight into city agencies, gives her clients the confidence they need throughout the transaction process. When she is not at her office, Janice spends time at home with her husband of 45 years and enjoys activities with her grown children and beautiful grandchildren. She is a member of The Sons of Italy in Port Washington since 2012 and is committed to her position as second Vice President. Janice loves music and dance and continues to take lessons to improve her dance techniques.
