Born in Manhattan but raised in the boogie-down Bronx in three very different neighborhoods helped Monique to develop good instincts and knowledge of New York. Monique has over 20 years of helping people as a Recruiter/Salesperson in health care. Her former career and experiences have allowed her to develop skills in negotiation, research, relationship building, and multicultural sensitivity, skills which are needed for guiding clients through buying or selling a home. Monique is committed to helping people reach their dream of owning their first home, or selling a home in order to achieve financial and personal goals. Monique enjoys nature and outdoor activities. She takes long walks with JessyJane her pet Chion through the various parks in Queens and Long Island.
