About Joseph Jerez

Joseph Jerez was born and raised in Bethpage, NY and recently purchased his first home in Massapequa, NY. He began his education at Baruch College and graduated from SUNY Farmingdale with a B.A. in Business Management, concentration in Accounting. He has spent the last 15 years enjoying success in the aviation services and solutions industry as Co-Owner and Vice President of Operations for a family-owned company. He applied a solutions-based approach to problem solving and developed a passion for serving customers. Part of his role included oversight of branding, marketing and sales where he spearheaded several initiatives that drove customer growth and millions of dollars in revenue year-over-year. Joseph has also provided sales and marketing consulting to companies in both the tech and financial services industries. The changing nature of our world has led him to seek new challenges, and he looks forward to applying his passion for service to the exciting and fast-paced real estate industry. His acumen for online and social media marketing, negotiation skills and deep understanding of sales provides his clients with a unique advantage.
