Christine has a vision for potential and a commitment to excellence in all she undertakes. This is coupled with her love of Long Island, and her home in Rockville Centre, where she has been a resident for 14 years and with her husband, are proud to raise their two children. She has lived in Nassau County and Manhattan for most of her life and in addition to real estate, has a passion for ice hockey and gardening. Christine graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics and has an extensive real estate background spanning 20 years, specializing in both residential and commercial real estate. Prior to becoming a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, she was a Managing Director of Prospect Point Advisors, LLC, performing real estate due diligence services in commercial real estate. She also worked in RXR Realty, LLC’s Capital Markets group where she oversaw the daily operations of two real estate funds; she was a Vice President in AIG Asset Management’s Structured Products group and oversaw the surveillance of the company’s approximately $20 billion CMBS portfolio; and an Analyst in the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities group at Moody’s Investors Service, w
