About Angel Recalde

With a track record as a successful business owner, effective social services leader, and experience as a bilingual counselor (Spanish), Angel works closely with his clients to help them balance their lifestyle needs with their financial goals. As an experienced counselor, Angel maintains a responsive, personable and professional approach. By listening actively and scouting strategically, his clients know, trust and believe that his interests lie in their success. Angel has developed a reputation for closing deals. Notwithstanding, when it comes down to it, people know he will do whatever it takes to help his clients live the life they want in the space they call 'Home.' Before working at PROSPES REAL ESTATE, Angel earned his M.S.Ed. in Counseling and a B.S. in Athlete Administration from St. John's University in Queens, New York. While in graduate school, he learned to develop exceptional communication and leadership skills, which remained at the core of his personal and professional life. His education laid the groundwork for some of the more critical stages of his professional career. Angel has had lots of success in the Luxury Real Estate industry. So much so that most people refer to him as, "That New York City Luxury Real Estate Guy." Angel has extensive experience working with Asian Clients. His partner Cindy Zhihua Guan speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese fluently and Angel is also currently in the process of learning both Mandarin and Cantonese himself.
