Appeals Court Affirms Decision Dismissing Challenges to New York Rent Regulations

A state appeals court on Monday affirmed a decision to uphold New York’s rent regulations, in response to a NYSAR-supported lawsuit brought by landlord groups challenging the constitutionality of the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019.
