Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) is proud to announce the signing of four new Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with prominent international real estate organizations. The agreements were formalized during LIBOR’s Annual MOU Partner Breakfast and MOU Signing Ceremony on November 16, 2025, held in conjunction with the NAR NXT Conference in Houston, Texas.
These new partnerships further strengthen LIBOR’s global footprint and deepen its commitment to international collaboration. LIBOR is honored to welcome OID – Osservatorio Immobiliare Digitale of Italy, the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) of Malaysia, the National Albanian Real Estate Association (NAREA) of Albania, and the China Alliance of Real Estate Agencies of China as its newest MOU partners.
The ceremony brought together more than 70 attendees from LIBOR’s global partner associations representing Spain, Portugal, Italy, China, Malaysia, Japan, the Dominican Republic, Myanmar, Costa Rica, Slovakia, Mexico, the Philippines, Bolivia, Nicaragua, and Panama. The energy and atmosphere in the room captured the spirit of unity and shared purpose among all attendees.
“These partnerships demonstrate LIBOR’s ongoing dedication to fostering meaningful global connections that benefit both our members and the international real estate community,” said LIBOR President Mark Donnelly. “By working together, we create new pathways for business development, cultural exchange, and professional growth that strengthen our industry worldwide.”
The new MOUs support LIBOR’s mission to provide its members with expanded international learning and networking opportunities. Through these agreements, REALTORS® gain access to global education programs, market intelligence, licensing insights, and valuable professional relationships that enhance cultural understanding and collaboration across borders.
LIBOR now maintains active MOUs with 45 real estate associations worldwide, reflecting its leadership in global real estate engagement and its commitment to supporting members in an increasingly interconnected marketplace.
