Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) is proud to announce a special East End event, LIBOR Legal Update & OneKey® Tools & Tips, taking place at the Southampton Inn on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The program is open to both members and non-members, reflecting LIBOR’s ongoing commitment to bringing resources and education directly to REALTORS®—this time in the heart of the East End.
The event will feature LIBOR General Counsel Patrick Fife, who will provide an essential overview of recent laws and legal developments shaping Long Island real estate. Attendees will gain insights into fair housing, antitrust claims, advertising, and broker supervision, along with answers to common questions addressed by LIBOR’s Legal Support Center. This session is approved for one hour of Continuing Education (CE) credit, including the Department of State–mandated legal update.
In addition, OneKey® MLS, the largest multiple listing service in New York, will present top tools and technologies available to real estate professionals, including Ocusell for listing management, CubiCasa for floorplan creation, Crexi for commercial marketing, and Down Payment Resource for connecting buyers with financing solutions. This session is also approved for one hour of CE credit. Participants must attend both sessions to receive two hours of CE credit.
“At LIBOR, we are dedicated to bringing resources, education, and support directly to our members wherever they are,” said Mark Donnelly, President of LIBOR. “By hosting this program on the East End, we’re making it more convenient for real estate professionals in the Hamptons area to stay informed on critical legal issues and to take advantage of the powerful tools and technology that will help them better serve their clients.”
This important program combines timely legal guidance with innovative MLS solutions, equipping real estate professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive in today’s market.
Attendance is complimentary for LIBOR members and $25 for non-members. Registration is now open at LIRealtor.com/LegalUpdate25.
