Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) proudly celebrated its 2025 Leadership Academy graduates during the Association’s annual Appreciation Breakfast, held on December 16, 2025, at the Heritage Club at Bethpage in Farmingdale. The ceremony recognized nine exceptional REALTORS® who completed LIBOR’s immersive year-long leadership development program.
Created in 2023, LIBOR’s Leadership Academy is an exclusive, eight-session program designed to identify, prepare, and inspire emerging leaders within the REALTOR® community. Through hands-on instruction, interactive workshops, and one-of-a-kind learning experiences, participants gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in volunteer leadership roles at LIBOR and throughout the region.
Congratulations to the LIBOR Leadership Academy Class of 2025:
Skylar Caruso · Diego Rodriguez · Sidney Rodriguez · Natasha Williams · Danhua “Dina” Zhang · Joosoo Kim · Crystin Quick · Daniela Diaz · Hong “Dana” Guo
Throughout 2025, the graduating class engaged in a series of comprehensive sessions—including governance training, strategic planning, communication and media skills, advocacy education, and team-building activities such as a gourmet cooking class. Members also participated in a Congressional roundtable, attended LIBOR’s Education Conference & Trade Show, and gained firsthand insight into the Association’s operations and decision-making processes. The cohort formed lasting professional relationships while enhancing their leadership potential.
“Our 2025 Leadership Academy graduates represent the future of our Association and our industry,” said LIBOR President Mark Donnelly. “Each participant has demonstrated a deep commitment to professional excellence and service to our REALTOR® community. We are incredibly proud of what they have accomplished and look forward to seeing the impact they will make as they continue to lead with integrity, passion, and purpose.”
LIBOR extends special appreciation to 2025 Class Dean Christine Dickson, a member of the inaugural class, for her mentorship and steadfast leadership throughout the year.
A Dean is appointed for a one-year term to serve as a mentor and sounding board for the class, as well as to help recruit applicants for the following year. At the conclusion of each program year, the class selects a Dean from among their classmates to continue this tradition of peer leadership.
