LIBOR’s Annual Membership Meeting & Elections

Don’t miss your opportunity to help shape the future of Long Island Board of REALTORS® LIBOR. Join us virtually on Thursday, September 10, 2026, for LIBOR’s Annual Membership Meeting & Elections, where members will have the opportunity to vote on important matters that will help shape the future of our association and the real estate profession across Long Island. In addition to these important votes, the meeting will feature legal updates, a special CE presentation on AI, and association updates. 

Vote for LIBOR’s 2027–2028 Board of Directors 

Members will also elect 14 At-Large Directors to serve two-year terms on the LIBOR Board of Directors for 2027–2028. Get to know the candidates before you vote. Review their profiles and learn more about each candidate so you’re prepared to cast your vote during the Annual Membership Meeting. Electronic voting for director candidates will be open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on September 10.  

Meeting & Voting Timeline 

Here’s what members can expect on September 10: 

9:00 AM — Electronic Voting Opens 
Electronic voting for the 2027–2028 LIBOR Board of Directors At-Large candidates opens at 9:00 a.m. and will remain open throughout the day until 3:00 p.m. 

9:45 AM — Annual Membership Meeting Begins 
The meeting will open with the invocation, Pledge of Allegiance, and approval of the agenda. 

10:00 AM — AI & Automation for Real Estate: Work Smarter – Serve Better, Part I 
Presented by Amy Chorew and Reph Chorew. Members will earn 2 NYS CE credits (pending approval). 

11:15 AM — Association Update
The Association Update will include Counsel’s report, LIBOR update, CEO update, treasurer’s report, and new business. 

12:30 PM — AI & Automation for Real Estate: Work Smarter – Serve Better, Part II
