Mayor Adams has proposed new Department of Buildings rules to give more time to NYC buildings that make a “good faith effort” but don’t meet new carbon emission caps by the 2024 deadline - including apartments, co-ops, and offices. NYSAR is working with LIBOR’s Government Affairs team to advocate for programs to help avoid costly penalties. Learn more.
