Last week, LIBOR’s Nassau/Suffolk Govt. Affairs Committee Vice Chair Natasha Williams testified before the Town of Brookhaven in support of the Town’s pro-housing redevelopment plan for Mastic Beach. The proposal would rezone 37 acres along Neighborhood Road to allow for new homes, retail space, and infrastructure improvements. Read more.
