LIBOR Announces Newly Elected 2026/27 Board of Directors

Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) is pleased to announce the newly elected 2026/27 At-Large Board of Directors.

Voting took place online on September 10, 2025, and election results were announced at LIBOR’s Virtual General Membership Meeting, held simultaneously. A total of thirteen (13) At-Large Directors were elected to 2-year terms.

Board of Directors applications opened in March, and the Credential Review Committee reviewed all candidates for the At-Large Director position to ensure they met the minimum criteria outlined in the LIBOR Bylaws and Policies and Procedures manual.

LIBOR’s Board of Directors is made up of twenty-seven (27) At-Large Directors and four (4) Executive Committee members, all of whom are LIBOR members.

The Elected Directors At-Large 2026/27:

Zoila Alonzo, Matthew Arnold, Rebecca Bates, Jessica Hollenstein, Richard R Krug, Kevin Leatherman, AnnMarie Pallister, Malgorzata Parlewicz, Eyston Perez, Ruth Pfeffer, Kerry Protain, Mary Alice Ruppert, Yoshinori Takita

Rao A. Shaan Khan will serve as the 2026 LIBOR President.

2026 LIBOR Officers as elected by the Board of Directors of LIBOR on June 18, 2025:
President-elect Yvette Clark Watkins, Secretary/Treasurer Renée Hughes, and Mark Donnelly will serve on the Executive Committee as Immediate Past President.

The following At-Large Directors will be in the second year of their two-year term for 2026:

Our elected volunteer leaders will meet regularly to ensure member resources are invested wisely and in alignment with our association’s goals. Their commitment is to keep the voices and values of our members at the heart of every decision.

The 2026 Board of Directors will be officially installed at LIBOR’s Annual Installation and Awards Ceremony this January. We invite you to join us to celebrate this exciting new chapter!
