Temporary IMS System Downtime - September 26 - 28

IMPORTANT SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:

As part of our upcoming Headquarters move, our online services through IMS will be unavailable beginning Friday, September 26 at 1:00 PM through Sunday evening, September 28.

During this time, members will not be able to:

• Register for classes and events
• Pay bills online
• Access membership and billing services
  

IMS is the system used for bill payment and event/class registration. Please note that MLS services will continue to be available. For MLS-related questions other than billing or payment of fees, please contact OneKey® MLS directly.

In addition, all LIBOR offices will be closed from Friday, September 26 at 1:00 PM until Monday morning, September 29. 

We anticipate services will be fully restored by Sunday evening, September 28, and a follow-up message will be sent to confirm once IMS is we are back online.
