Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) is pleased to announce its newly elected 2027/28 At-Large Board of Directors.
Members voted online on September 10, 2026, with the election results announced during LIBOR’s Virtual General Membership Meeting held the same day. Fourteen At-Large Directors were elected to serve two-year terms.
Applications for the At-Large Director positions opened in March. The Credential Review Committee reviewed each candidate to ensure they met the minimum qualifications outlined in the LIBOR Bylaws and Policies and Procedures Manual.
LIBOR’s Board of Directors consists of 27 At-Large Directors and four Executive Committee members, all of whom are LIBOR members.
The Elected Directors At-Large 2027/28:
Gina Marie Bettenhauser, Daniela Diaz, Christine Dickson, Mark Donnelly, Michael Galicia, Frederic Greene, Tsui Ying Hsu, Joosoo Kim, Janay Malloy, Angela Prince, Mohammad Rahman, Felicia Smith, Charlotte Vanderwaag, Natasha Williams
Yvette Clark Watkins will serve as 2027 LIBOR President.
2027 LIBOR Officers as elected by the Board of Directors of LIBOR on June 24, 2026:
President-elect Renée Hughes, Secretary/Treasurer Paige Ryan, and Shaan Khan will serve on the Executive Committee as Immediate Past President
The following At-Large Directors will be in the second year of their two-year term for 2027:

Our elected volunteer leaders will meet regularly to ensure member resources are used effectively and align with LIBOR’s goals and strategic plan. They are committed to keeping the voices, needs, and values of our members at the center of every decision.
The 2027 Board of Directors will be officially installed at LIBOR’s Annual Installation and Awards Ceremony this January. We invite you to join us as we celebrate our new leadership and this exciting new chapter for LIBOR!
